The following qualifications will be considered for direct entry to our undergraduate programmes:
An average mark of 70 - 85% or higher (best of 5 academic subjects) in the Standard Indian XII Higher Secondary School certificates awarded by the central boards (CBSE, CISCE) or a state board, or equivalent, with 75% or higher where subject requirements are stipulated (comparable with Grade B at A Level).
To be considered for entry to Medicine or Dentistry, applicants should hold the Indian Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate Grade XII with a minimum of 90% overall, including marks of at least 90% in Chemistry and Biology.
If applicants have taken JEE Main or Advanced examinations, results may be considered in addition to Standard XII results. In order for JEE scores to be considered, applicants should have achieved the University’s normal Standard XII overall percentage requirement (as outlined above), with at least 60% in key subjects.
If you do not meet these requirements you may be eligible to apply for entry to the INTO Queen's International Foundation.
